CricPoll is built for a respectful, fair, and enjoyable cricket community. These guidelines define the standards expected from every participant across contests, referrals, support channels, and interactions.
CricPoll is free to use and not a gambling service. Any behavior that misrepresents this may lead to moderation action.
1. Respect First
- Treat all users and support staff with respect.
- No harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
- No doxxing, intimidation, or privacy violations.
2. Fair Participation
- Participate honestly in predictions, referrals, and reward programs.
- No fake accounts, bot behavior, collusion, or exploit attempts.
- No manipulation of scoring, wallet, or reward mechanics.
3. Safe and Lawful Use
- Do not upload or share illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not use CricPoll for unlawful promotion, scams, or financial fraud.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
4. Referral and Reward Integrity
- Invite real users only; self-referral and synthetic traffic are prohibited.
- Provide authentic proof submissions for promotion/reward programs.
- Misleading claims about winnings, fees, or gambling are not allowed.
5. Communication and Support Conduct
Use official support channels for issues. Spamming, abusive language, repeated duplicate complaints, and fabricated claims may delay or restrict support handling.
6. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and repetition, CricPoll may take one or more actions:
- Warning and educational notice.
- Temporary feature restriction or account hold.
- Reward cancellation for policy abuse.
- Permanent suspension and legal escalation where applicable.
7. Reporting Violations
To report abuse, fraud, impersonation, or harmful behavior, contact support@cricpoll.app with relevant evidence. Reports are reviewed internally and handled based on policy and legal obligations.
8. Policy Updates
Community rules may evolve as the platform grows. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
